Three musician friends of Bitterroot Baroque have created a pandemic-themed concert featuring songs by the 17th C composer Henry Purcell, who lived at the time of the Great Plague of London. Entitled “From my Pandemic to Yours”, the performing musicians all live here in the West: Anne Kania, contralto travels from Shepherd MT, Martha Rowe, keyboards, lives in Billings, and Mark Bergman, bass and viola da gamba, comes to us from Sheridan WY.

In addition, the wonderful congregation of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church which donates their sanctuary for our use, is hosting a reception and silent auction immediately after the concert on Sunday July 25th, featuring Turner Vinson's painting, “Early Fall on the Bitterroot." A variety of items are already available for viewing and bidding in the church basement. Final bidding will happen after the concert.
